The entrance to Provence sur Mer is from the original granite steps surrounded by the beautiful historical columns. As you enter this piece of Newport History, you immediately feel the elegance of the unique French inspired design.
As you step through the historical gate from Provence, France, you enter the lovely garden and patio area where you and your guests will enjoy a unique outdoor experience surrounded by Newport history! The lovely patio with seasonal floral decor, bar area and seating provide an exceptional setting for your special event.

You and your guests will enjoy the special features of a Baby Grand Piano (enjoyed by a pianist or from the electronic playlist), elegant bar with antique mirror, historic windows, upscale lighting, lovely rest rooms, and built-in TV to display your memories. Your chosen caterer (from our listed options) will enjoy easy and private access to the event space and kitchen.
Provence sur Mer is the perfect location to host your intimate wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, brunch, Corporate meeting, family gathering, baby or bridal shower, private dinner party or any special event! The lovely French inspired indoor space can accommodate up to 60 guests for a seated dinner or up to 85 guests for a cocktail reception type of event. The outdoor space can accommodate 75+ and will provide you and your guests a most Memorable Experience. You can even host a private concert and cocktail reception with the Yamaha acoustic piano! As an added benefit, this part of Newport is served by numerous parking options.
